Jock Sanders and Robert Sands Meet-and-Greet Guidelines

Welcome to the Meet-and-Greet autograph session with football stars Jock Sanders and Robert Sands!
Both athletes are here today to support the 2011 All American Football Bowl on Saturday, May 7. Please
read the following event guidelines:

Meet-and-Greet
• Fans/guests must purchase tickets to the All American Football Bowl in order to participate in the
meet-and-greet. Ticket prices for the game are $10 for adults and $5 for children 12-6. Children 5
and under are free.
• Fans/guests may purchase tickets for the All American Football Bowl near the Customer Service
Desk on Thursday, May 5, 4 - 8 p.m.; and Friday, May 6, 11:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Children 5 and
under are allowed to participate in the meet-and-greet; however, they will not receive their
own photos and must be accompanied by a ticket-holder. Only paid ticket holders will receive
autographs (1 paid ticket = 1 autograph per player, per 8x10).
• Sanders and Sands will meet and greet fans/guests, one at a time, time permitting, as they walk
through the official line and onto the small stage in Center Court. The official line is indicated by
signs and marked by blue floor tape. Fans/guests are required to line up within the blue floor
tape, wherever possible, so as not to block store entrances and access areas.
• The event concludes promptly at 7:30 p.m. The official line will be closed in advance of 7:30 p.m.
to ensure timely departure for both athletes. Fans/guests lining up after the official line is closed
will not be permitted to enter the stage for the meet-and-greet. No exceptions.
• After meeting Sanders and Sands, fans/guests will exit Center Court quickly.
• Fans/guests are reminded to conduct themselves honestly and treat one another with respect
while waiting in line.
• Fans/guests and family members wanting to see Sanders and Sands but not wanting to be in the
meet-and-greet line are invited to stand in the secured viewing area of Center Court, while space
is available. Entrance to this standing room only viewing area will be controlled and monitored
by security staff. Once the area is full, security will close off the viewing area. As guests leave this
area, more will be allowed to enter.

Autographs
• Only the first 400 fans/guests in the official line for the Sanders and Sands Meet-and-Greet
autograph session will receive a free photo for both athletes to autograph. First-come, first
served. Two photos per person (one of Sanders; one of Sands). One autograph per player, per
8x10. No exceptions. Photos may be distributed as the official line is formed. This meet-and-greet
is limited to the first 500 fans/guests.
• Fans/guests are required to remain in line, thus holding their place. Please be respectful to all in
line. Line jumping is not permitted.
• No personalized autographs will be permitted (i.e. “To my biggest fan”) No exceptions.

Photographs
• Fans/guests are welcome to snap a photo of Sanders and Sands as they enter Center Court and
while they sign autographs throughout the event.
• No posed photos of or with Sanders and Sands are permitted. No exceptions.

The Charleston Town Center reserves the right to remove anyone from this event and from the
shopping center at any time, as deemed necessary by mall management or mall security.
