Bob Vallone - Coaching Background : Personal: Robert Vallone, 43, an experienced coach on both sides of the ball, starts his 21st season as a coach. Prior to joining the Winston Salem State University Staff in August of 2008, Vallone coached at Clarion University where he joined the staff in 2002 as a tight ends coach. A coach with varying areas of expertise he has also coached running backs, receivers and linebackers for the Golden Eagles. Bob was an assistant football coach at Elk County Christian High School from 1989-92, was an assistant at Johnsonburg High from 1992-96 and the head coach at Johnsonburg from 1997-2001. Bob and wife Renee have a daughter Sara and a son Mitchell. The couple and their children reside in Johnsonburg.

Jack Long - earned All State honors in both football and basketball while attending AAA East Bank High School. He played his college football at WV Tech in Montgomery on athletic scholarship. Coach Long has been coaching high school football for 15 years. He has served as defensive backs and wide recievers position coach at three different high schools. George Washington High School for ten seasons, including a run of six straight AAA Playoff appearances. Riverside High School for three seasons, with two AAA Playoff teams and the 2009 football season at Nitro High School. Last season, the only 1st Team All MSAC player chosen from Nitro High School was Coach Long's defensive back/free safety, Zach Cloxton.Coach Long thoroughly enjoys the passion that the game of football requires while also taking pride in the development of his position player's skill development and overall skill sets

Jamone Mims has been a position specific coach with Muscles In Motion Systems since 2004 where he has helped high school and collegiate athletes develop their skills and enhance their level of play. He started his coaching career at Willow Run High School in Ypsilanti, MI (2001-2003) as WR/DB coach and the following year at Ypsilanti High School in Ypsilanti, MI as WR coach. Mims is also a member of the AFCA (American Football Coaches Association)

planning.Coach Mims,has coached and played at most levels, and his record has shown a proven winner.Coach Mims, started coaching right after college.He played HS
football for Det. Cooley HS.(MI),he was a blue chip runningback for one of the winningest Coaches in the (DPSL) & the State of Mich.He attended Ferris
St.Univ.(MI.)playing RB/KR for two years.Coaching HS football 2yrs at Det.Henryford,then moved down to little league FB 1yr with Southfield Falcons, back
to HS. Football 2yrs with Det.Reniaissance HS.,He then went on to coach track for 2yrs at Det.CMA HS. Coach Mims, has mentored and trained student athletes in all
sports from little league to the Pro's/Marcus Benard LB/DE(Clev.Browns),Ronald Bartell CB(St.Lu.Rams), Johnathan Orr WR.(Tn.Titains)and a host of others.In the
last three years Coach Mims, has helped more than #500 student athletes go on to college...!!!
